Shipping Address


All orders paid for and approved 4/4/25 - 4/11/25 will have an estimated shipping window of 5/5/25 - 5/9/25. You will receive confirmation of your estimated shipping window upon the final approval of your order.

Your shipping window is solely dependent on the date you APPROVE your order, not the date your order form is submitted. You will receive an email confirming your estimated shipping window once you approve your final verifications.

As of November 20, 2024, our turnaround times will be longer than our standard 3-4 weeks. By checking the box below, you understand and accept the estimated shipping window stated in the image above and at the link here:

Given the custom nature of our products we cannot provide specific ship dates until the order is processed by shipping at our office in Montgomery, AL. We always do everything that we can to get each order produced and shipped as quickly as possible. Things do happen from time to time that are beyond our control and it can affect the shipment of your order. In the rare event your order is not shipped within the originally quoted shipping window provided at the time of order approval, please contact your designer.

*CUSTOM SOCKS, CUSTOM BATTING GLOVES, and CLUTCH CAGE JACKETS are subject to an additional 1-2 WEEKS added time.

BOTH SEMI-CUSTOM AND FULL-CUSTOM HATS WILL OPERATE AND SHIP ON A COMPLETELY SEPARATE TIMELINE. ALL HATS ARE PRODUCED AND SHIPPED BY THE GAME HEADWEAR AND TRITON CANNOT CONTROL THEIR PROCESS. YOUR HATS WILL NOT SHIP WITH THE OTHER ITEMS WITHIN YOUR ORDER!
